This year’s theme, Unbound, inspired every attendee to break barriers, reimagine possibilities, and push beyond the limits of what technology and we can achieve. GHCI stood as a landmark moment for women in tech, the biggest annual conference for women in Asia dedicated to advancing innovation, leadership, and equal opportunity in technology.

Grace Hopper Celebration India (GHCI) 2025

We had an inspiring three days at Grace Hopper Celebration India 2025 in Bengaluru, Asia’s largest gathering for women brought together thousands of women in technology.

As Asia’s largest gathering for women in tech, GHCI 2025 carried an energy that was hard to miss. This year’s theme, “Unbound,” set the tone for conversations that challenged limits, encouraged new thinking, and celebrated the intersection of technology, leadership, and purpose.

For us at Tekstac, this wasn’t just another event. It was an opportunity to show up with a team that truly represents what we believe in: women who are building, leading, and driving impact across the organisation.

Key Highlights

1. At Booth 12: Conversations, Connections, and Shared Energy

Across all three days, our presence at Booth 12 became a space for meaningful conversations.

We met developers, leaders, early-career talent, all united by a shared curiosity for what’s next in technology and learning.

Every interaction brought a fresh perspective:

  • What skills will matter in the next few years

More than anything, it was the quality of conversations that stood out: open, thoughtful, and future-focused.

2. Voices from the Experience

What made GHCI 2025 truly memorable was the way it resonated on a personal level for our team.

As shared by Vanitha Aruchamy, Senior Manager – Frontend Solutions at Tekstac:

“GHCI 2025 was deeply inspiring. The sessions showed how quickly AI and GenAI are redefining industries, while also reinforcing the need for responsible AI, strong governance, and human-centered leadership.”

3. An Energy That Stays With You

The scale of GHCI is impressive; but what truly stands out is the sense of community.

As Vidhya Bhoopathi, Associate Marketing Manager at Tekstac put it:

“Standing among thousands of women in technology shaping the next chapter of our industry was incredibly inspiring. The sense of belonging and collective energy in the room was powerful.”

4. Learning, Unlearning, and Rethinking Limits

The theme “Unbound” wasn’t just a concept; it reflected in the way conversations unfolded.

As highlighted by Vanitha Raghavan, Senior VP, who led our team at the event:

“The theme helped us reflect and unlearn the limits we often place on ourselves.”

From discussions on AI and cybersecurity to conversations around leadership and inclusion, GHCI 2025 balanced technical depth with human insight.

It wasn’t just about what’s changing in technology, but also about how individuals and organisations must evolve alongside it.

The Takeaway

GHCI 2025 was more than an event. It was a reminder.

A reminder that:

  • The future of technology is being shaped by diverse voices
  • Learning and growth are continuous, not linear
  • Innovation is strongest when it is inclusive and purposeful

And most importantly, it reinforced something we strongly believe at Tekstac: when people feel empowered, they don’t just adapt to change, they drive it.
