Nov 13 & 14 2025 | New Delhi
At Taj Palace New Delhi, SHRMIAC 2025 – The Festival of Work felt less like a conference and more like a living, breathing ecosystem of ideas.
From the moment Day 1 began, there was a certain energy in the air; conversations that didn’t feel transactional, but intentional. Leaders weren’t just attending sessions. They were questioning, exchanging, and rethinking how work itself is evolving.
And for Tekstac, as a Gold Partner, this wasn’t just participation. It was about showing up where these conversations matter the most.
Day 1: Curiosity and Conversations
“Let’s just take a quick look at this booth…”
That’s how most people walked into Booth 54 at Durbar Hall. And then, they paused. Because right at the centre was something simple, but powerful.
The Skilling Wall: A space where professionals answered one question: “What is the one skill you want to grow in 2026?”
And suddenly, it wasn’t just a booth anymore.
It became a reflection of the future workforce, one sticky note at a time.
- Some wrote AI fluency.
- Some wrote strategic thinking.
Some wrote leadership presence.
But what stood out wasn’t the answers.
It was the intent behind them.
Alongside this, conversations kept flowing. Our SMEs and Sales Team engaged visitors and addressed their questions throughout.
- “How do we measure real capability, not just course completion?”
- “Can skilling finally tie back to business outcomes?”
- “What does a 360-degree skilling platform actually look like?”
There was curiosity.
There was skepticism.
But most importantly, there was engagement.
Our leaders also took time to attend some of the very powerful sessions that were lined up for the day.
Day 2: From Training to Transformation: Where the Real Conversations Happened
If Day 1 was about sparking curiosity, Day 2 went deeper.
Tekstac, in collaboration with SHRM India, hosted an exclusive roundtable:
“From Training to Transformation — The New Playbook for Capability-Building in the GenAI Era”
This wasn’t a panel. It was a closed-door, honest conversation with some of the sharpest HR and L&D leaders in the room.
And very quickly, the tone shifted from ideas to realities:
- Training is no longer enough
- Capability-building must be measurable and role-aligned
- GenAI is powerful, but only when paired with clear strategy and structure
At one point, a participant summed it up perfectly:
“We’ve invested in learning for years.
Now we’re being asked, what did it really change?”
That question stayed. And so did the discussions that followed.
As shared by Vijay Phadtare, General Manager (West), SHRM India),
“A vibrant roundtable filled with powerful insights, bold ideas, and shared experiences from HR and L&D leaders at the top of their game.”
One of the round table participants, Sheena Vengiyil (Learning & OD Architect, Maximus) added:
“A great discussion and sharing the stage with thought leaders was a valuable opportunity.”
These weren’t just testimonials.
They were signals that the conversation had depth and relevance.
What This Meant for Tekstac
SHRMIAC 2025 wasn’t about showcasing a platform.
It was about validating a shift we’ve been building towards.
Across the booth, the Skilling Wall, and the roundtable, one thing became clear:
Organisations are no longer looking for more learning.
They are looking for measurable capability, aligned to business outcomes.
And every conversation eventually came back to that.
“How do we make skilling actually work?”
That’s where Tekstac stood. Not just with answers, but with a way forward.
