LLM Psychologist, Straive | Co-founder, Gramener | Faculty, IIT Madras BS Program
Anand is an AI researcher, educator and entrepreneur working on large language models, data science and learning.
At Straive, he researches how LLMs think and behave, and builds practical AI demos and applications. He co-founded Gramener, a data stories company acquired by Straive in 2023, and teaches Tools in Data Science at IIT Madras.
As a member of Tekstac's AI Advisory Board, Anand will help us track how Generative AI and agentic systems are changing software development, learning and assessment. His perspective will inform AI-native learning experiences, hands-on labs and ways to evaluate emerging skills.

His work spans machine learning, AI evaluation, enterprise software architecture and technical due diligence, helping organizations distinguish promising AI innovation from production-ready capability. He brings a rare cross-disciplinary perspective spanning frontier AI research, enterprise AI engineering, startup innovation, and technology due diligence.
