About The Event
Nasscom People Summit 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 in Chennai brought together a cohort of HR leaders and decision-makers from GCCs across functions including L&D, Talent Acquisition, and Campus Hiring. The event provided an ideal setting for Tekstac to showcase its platform and insights around GenAI-led talent transformation.
At the event, Tekstac participated as an exhibitor, engaging with leaders, practitioners, and decision-makers across the L&D and talent ecosystem. Attendees explored their own SkillTag, a GenAI-powered feature, designed to identify core skill strengths. This immersive experience, backed by Tekstac’s ROI-focused learning outcomes, drew interest for its ability to support internal career mobility, real-time workforce decisions, and job readiness.

Perspectives from the Ground
Beyond the booth, our team also took part in several sessions and roundtable discussions, engaging with leaders across industries and listening in on how organisations are approaching innovation and capability building today.
In one such discussion on building a culture of innovation, the conversation moved beyond intent to execution. Leaders spoke about the need to embed innovation into everyday work. There was a strong emphasis on treating intellectual property as a strategic asset, ensuring that ideas are not only generated but also captured, nurtured, and scaled effectively.
Another interesting shift in perspective was around the role of AI. Rather than being viewed as an end in itself, the focus was on how it can be applied in more practical ways; through internal solutions, hackathons, and opportunities that allow teams, especially young talent, to build and implement ideas in real-world scenarios.
Being part of both the booth interactions and these discussions offered a more complete view of the event.
