Key Highlights:

For Tekstac, SHRMTech26 was more than just an event. It was an opportunity to engage directly with HR and L&D leaders, showcase our platform capabilities, exchange ideas on workforce readiness.

We were also proud to host an exclusive roundtable discussion in collaboration with SHRM India on the topic: “Preparing the Workforce for Agentic AI: Skills, Roles, and Readiness.”

Over the two days, our booth welcomed HR leaders, L&D professionals, capability-building teams, and transformation leaders eager to understand how AI can accelerate learning, improve workforce readiness, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Across the two days, attendees heard perspectives from leaders including Achal Khanna, Rajesh Jejurikar, Krishnakumar Natarajan, Arti Dua, James Atkinson, Nick Burns, among many other luminaries in the field who shared insights on AI, talent intelligence, workforce readiness, employee experience, and organizational transformation.

Roundtable Discussion: Preparing the Workforce for Agentic AI

One of the highlights of our participation was hosting an exclusive roundtable in partnership with SHRM India.

Moderated by Dedeepya Ajith John, the session brought together senior HR and L&D practitioners to discuss the workforce implications of Agentic AI and what readiness truly looks like in practice.

The discussion explored questions around:

  • How roles are evolving in an AI-enabled workplace
  • The skills employees will need in the coming years
  • Balancing automation with human judgment
  • Building AI literacy across organizations
  • Preparing leaders to manage AI-powered teams

What Stood Out at SHRMTech26 ?

Across keynotes, masterclasses, panel discussions, and networking conversations, a few themes consistently emerged.

AI Is Moving from Experimentation to Enterprise Adoption. One of the strongest messages throughout the conference was that AI is no longer a future initiative.

Skills Intelligence Is Becoming a Business Imperative

Many sessions highlighted the growing importance of understanding workforce capabilities in real time.

Talent Is Being Viewed as a Strategic Asset

Another recurring theme was the evolution of talent from a cost center to a long-term business asset.

Employee Experience Is Becoming More Personalized

Several discussions explored how AI is helping organizations create more individualized employee experiences.

Human Skills Remain the Ultimate Differentiator

Despite the strong focus on AI, one message remained consistent throughout the event: the future of work will continue to depend on uniquely human capabilities.

Looking Ahead

SHRMTech26 reinforced a clear reality: organizations are entering a new era where workforce transformation, AI adoption, and capability development must happen simultaneously.

For Tekstac, the event was an opportunity to learn, contribute, and engage with leaders who are actively building that future.

We leave SHRMTech26 energized by the conversations, inspired by the ideas shared, and even more committed to helping organizations build AI-ready, future-ready workforces through continuous learning and capability development.
